Immune system
The immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins that defends the body against infection. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognise and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body again. The immune system defends our body against invaders, such as viruses, bacteria.
Symptoms of a weak immune system can include

- Cold Hands
- Bathroom Problems
- Dry Eyes
- Fatigue
- Mild fever
- Headaches
- Joint ache

2. Avoid people who are sick

Germs that have the potential to cause illnesses can live on some surfaces in the home, such as doorknobs and remote controls. A person can reduce the number of germs that inhabit these areas by disinfecting them regularly.
5. Eat a healthful diet
Eating a healthful, balanced diet can improve a person’s overall well-being. For people with a weak immune system, doctors generally recommend a diet that is rich in vegetables and fruit, which will provide plenty of nutrients.
